The system can provide the current prison location, parole status or eligibility, a maximum or scheduled release date, and an indication that the offender is not in custody.
Registered victims and family members receive a confirmation letter and four-digit PIN. The Board states that calls continue over a 24-hour period or until the PIN confirms that the notice was received. This is distinct from Liberty County's jail feed. A maximum release date and a parole date are not interchangeable. The maximum date concerns completion of the sentence, while parole can occur earlier after a Board decision. V.I.P. may report both, but the GDC or Board record explains the date label.

An offender registry is a separate post-release channel and applies only when registration law covers the offense.
